Shipping Information

Henri-Lloyd North America exclusively ships to destinations within the Americas, encompassing North America, South America, including Canada and the Caribbean.

Shipping options for your destination are available during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

United States:
For orders destined for delivery within the United States, we typically utilize UPS or USPS based on the size of the shipment. You have the flexibility to choose from the following shipping options:

Ground Shipping
3 Day Select
2nd Day Air
Next Day Air

Most orders inside the US are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received before 11:00 AM EST and containing in-stock items will be shipped on the same day. Additionally, during business hours, we strive to process and ship your order promptly. If you have specific delivery date requirements, please select your preferred shipping option accordingly or reach out to our Customer Relations team for assistance.

We process orders Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.

Note 1: Any additional information or requests regarding shipping must be included in the Delivery Notes field at the checkout.

Note 2: We will allow a maximum period of 2 business days prior to the indicated shipping date (communicated either by email or message board) to make changes to the shipping address. If a reroute is necessary and there has been no notification at least 2 days prior to the shipment, all associated costs will be the customer's responsibility.

US Territories:
Shipping to Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands and other US Territories is via USPS Priority Mail where available.

Free Shipping Offer

We offer standard free shipping for orders over $99 in US Continental (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

This shipping method is not expedited and delivery may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and how we can accommodate/consolidate your order. If you need your order sooner, we recommend choosing UPS Ground shipping, 3 Day Select, or a faster option.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

To track your order, please allow up to 48 hours to receive the tracking number to the e-mail used for purchasing.
