Is everything in stock?

Yes, all the items listed in Henri-Lloyd North America are in stock (current collections). However, unforeseen demand may occasionally lead to certain items being temporarily out of stock. If this were the case, our customer care team will contact you to let you know the lead time for your item to ship from the UK, or otherwise, to cancel your order if the lead time does not work for you. Order cancellations due to out-of-stock items will be fully refunded to the payment method used.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for standard orders made online or over the phone. For larger orders or custom products and services, alternate payment options are also available. If your order falls into this category, please reach out to us to discuss a quote and explore additional payment possibilities. *All payments are in advance.


Can I make a complaint regarding an order?

If you have a complaint regarding your order, whether it arrived damaged, the website description does not match the product that you ordered or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer care team with a brief description and picture of the item.


How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refund may take from 2-5 business days depending on your bank or payment method.


Can I cancel or change my order once I already placed it?

You have the option to cancel or change your order before it's shipped and receive a refund, regardless of the reason. If you need to cancel an item or an order that hasn't been shipped yet, please reach out to our customer care team. Product changes before shipment will be subject to availability. Our customer care team will inform you whether your merchandise has been shipped or if cancellation/change is still possible. Keep in mind that you may be responsible for any shipping and restocking charges already accrued. Orders for custom products and services cannot be canceled once placed.
