At Henri-Lloyd North America, we are committed to our customer and we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Within a 30-day window from the date of receipt, we guarantee a quick return process.

Step 1: Contact our customer service team here within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, restock fees will apply.

Step 2: Follow all instructions on the "Return Authorization" email. (May take up to 24 hours to be sent to your inbox).

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused and resalable condition.
  • The product should be returned in it's original packaging, complete with attached tags.
  • Damaged, altered, worn, washed, or scratched garments will not be accepted for return.
  • All returned items undergo a meticulous inspection before acceptance.
  • Should an item be received in unsatisfactory condition, our customer service team will notify the customer, who will then be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items will be retained for a maximum of 60 days; thereafter, they will be disposed of at the customer's expense.
  • Additional charges may be incurred if the return does not include the original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping expenses are to be covered by the customer.


Unfortunately, you cannot exchange an item. You will need to request a return process and upon approval, you will receive a return label and can place a new order.

Refund Policy

  • Upon receipt of your return, we will carefully inspect it to verify compliance with return requirements.
  • If the return meets our criteria, we will process a refund for the applicable amount, deducting any relevant shipping and restocking fees.
  • Please be aware that the timing of credit postings to your account may vary among credit card companies.
  • Allow one to two billing cycles from the date of credit issuance for it to reflect on your statement.

Refunds will be issued solely to the original payment card utilized for the purchase; refunds to external cards will not be provided. If the original card is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
